Ken was very courteous, and had all of the answers for me. He understood my concerns, and where I was headed. He reacted perfectly, and did his job as a CS/Sales rep that very much reflects the honest, and professional philosophy of Scott Drummond Motors. He did what he had to do for SD Motors, but he was empathetic to my needs and direction, and unlike many of my past experiences with other dealerships over the years, he was not pushy, nor did he make me feel badly about my decisions. This is very important to most of the people that I talk to, when discussing dealership service and sales. This reinforces our continued trust with Scott Drummond Motors even more, and as a result, we continue to encourage our friends and family to come to your dealership as well.
