I always have a great experience at Scott Drummond! The staff are so helpful and always willing to answer my questions!I went out one day and my 'low tire' indicator came on. I was close to Scott Drummond motors so I went in and asked if they could check my tire. I'm an older woman I can figure out air pumps, etc. The woman put air in my tire, replaced a broken valve and checked the other tires also. I offered to pay for the service, but she said there was no charge.I feel comfortable dealing with the staff there. Always so friendly, honest and helpful.
I will be forever grateful for the kindness and compassion of Jason Shepherd. He went above and beyond to help me when I came into the dealership in a tough spot. I was traveling through the area, hours from home, and discovered I had a nail in my tire. Everything else was closed and I would have been stranded without his generosity. Jason stayed after hours to help me, no questions asked. As a woman with very little automotive knowledge traveling alone, I don't know what I would have done if my tire situation took a turn for the worse.I hope he gets recognized as an exceptional employee. I have no doubt that he brings the same dedication and compassion to customers and staff alike. Absolutely fantastic experience!Ken Garneau was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions, and gave us a completely demonstration of the vehicle we were interested in ... no mean feat with today's complex rides! Also kudo's to Kerrie Morley, the admin who took care of all the details. She went above and beyond when our ( soon to be ex ) insurance broker didn't bother to return my calls when trying to add the new vehicle. With her admin magic she managed to get through to them and the vehicle was added to our policy without any delay in taking delivery.Highly recommended. My best new car buying experience, and I've had many!
