I can’t say enough about the service I received from Scott Drummond Motors. The engine in my 2026 High Country needed to be replaced, which obviously could have been a major disruption, especially since I rely on my truck for my business. From the moment I contacted them, they took care of me. They immediately got my truck in and provided me with a loaner truck so I could continue working without missing a beat. They were upfront that they couldn’t give me an exact timeline and that the repair could potentially take five to six weeks. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and updated on the progress. To my surprise, exactly four weeks to the day, I got the call that my truck was ready—with a brand-new engine installed. When I picked it up, it had also been cleaned and honestly looked better than it did when I dropped it off. The service was excellent from start to finish, but it was the extra care and attention to detail that really stood out. When something major goes wrong with a vehicle, how a dealership responds makes all the difference. Scott Drummond Motors took what could have been a very frustrating experience and made it as easy as possible.
