My Colorado needed service to its DEF system and the costs were seemingly rising with each issue addressed, only resulting in another and more costly problem being identified. Rather than being satisfied with just passing those costs along to their customer, another technician stepped in to assist and the team identified the true root cause of the issue, saving me potentially thousands of dollars in repair costs. Not only that, the team at Scott Drummond also waived nearly all of the parts and labour on the work that was performed before identifying the real problem with my vehicle. My thanks to the entire Service Department but especially to Rhonda, who kept me updated every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with!

We purchased a Chevy pick up from Scott Drummond Motors 5 years ago and was totally happy with the purchase. The truck recently needed service over the Christmas holidays and they fit us in, diagnosed the issue and while we waited for parts to arrive due to bad weather they supplied us with a courtesy car so we could get back home till the truck was fixed up the the following day

My wife and I largely look after our GM family fleet of vehicles using our well equipped shop having a dealership type hoist. The moment we are outside of our skillset, we go straight to Scott Drummond Motors. Rhonda, Mike, and Cassidie are all awesome as service consultants. This is a team of people who work cohesively in a spirit of cooperation with the technicians who actually work on our vehicles. Drummond's are always looking to have our back even when we think we are out of warranty.
Most recently, their investigation into a 171 OBD code which we had identified in our shop, was determined to be caused by a sticking purge valve in the EVAP system. On a 2018 Encore with 128K on it, we asked for an estimate to replace the failing part only to be told that GM extended the warranty on the part to 10 years or 190K. In light of this, there was no charge for the diagnostics, no charge for the new OEM part and no charge for the labor to install the part.
Our experience at Drummond's is that whether it is warranty work, a recall situation, or just paying for repairs, these are great people to work with in having repairs carried out in a professional and cost effective manner. Even on tires Drummond's has a price match policy.
